Our monitoring has shown that the script we identified was the cause of the issue and the application is now working normally. We are marking this incident as resolved.
We will also be reviewing and updating the code that created the runaway script to ensure this issue will not happen again.

We identified an issue with a runaway script that was preventing some actions from going through. We have killed that script and initial testing indicates it was the primary cause of the degradation we were seeing.
We are continuing to investigate and monitor and will continue to provide updates until fully resolved.
